this is such a greatfull thing for me. i know im only 14 years old but im 5′8 and i way 144 pounds, my brother and cousins tize me but it makes me fell bad. my brother he is 15 and he ways only 114 pounds and he is as tall as me. my own mom says i need to loss weight but my docter says that i dont cause for my hieght im perfect but i do not think i am niether does my family. i hope i do well on this diet althogh its hard for me im still going to give it a try>>>:)
