“According to experts who study disease and risk: You can pretty much ignore almost all of these health bulletins, with a few exceptions: Exercise, eat a balanced diet, don’t be fat, drink only in moderation and, whatever you do, don’t smoke.”
There’s nothing more to see here, folks. Everyone, please go back to your homes and worry about something else worth worrying about. Your tea or coffee won’t save you or kill you. Give it up already.
nice post.

I think it’s more in who believes in it based on one’s own life. For me, green tea gives me a boost in the AM and I don’t feel as sluggish as I used to feel. I feel more energetic and causes me to actually engage in physical activity more. Green Tea to me isn’t a miracle drug of sorts, but a beneficial food that I have incorporated in my diet. I like taking it in a green pill or in loose-leaf drinks myself, but I’m sure by even putting it in your favorite dishes or even as an inter-dermal patch is OK as long as you know you can get the benefits of it. When The Greeks stated that the Earth was round based on lunar eclipses, everyone thought they were crazy. It’s the same concept here: One can smell a blatant sales pitch a mile away, but what if there’s truth to it? Wouldn’t that be worth looking into? I would!
Yeah, you are right, I totally agree with you.
Love Wu long tea. Tastes great, has lots of benefits, and is pretty cheap. Also, has less calories than green tea. I would take it over green tea any day.
