    It is definitely tough to lose weight but, I believe that tip #7 is one of the most important things, and also to keep that momentum going. Sure it’s easy to follow a healthy regimen for one day or even two days, but to keep it going, is the hardest part! But it is my opinion that once you have the momentum going, you will keep at it, and continue your weight loss efforts.
