Learning The Best Way To Lose Weight

I have been overweight for for quite a while. Ive come to the realization that the best way to lose weight makes the most sense, and most of us dont use it. What is this new dieting idea? Eating less.

I seem to get hungry during the night. Different people have their similar hunger times throughout the day.

Late at night is my time. I can go without breakfast, and wait until 2 or even 3pm, then eat a bite. But come dinner time, Im starving!

But, by that time Im too tired to whip up a meal, or its too late, that Im not up to all the effort in it. So I usually end up ordering out.After which Im ready for bed shortly thereafter. So the weight just keeps piling on.

There has to be a better way for me. In addition to my bad eating habits, I have an issue with constipation. Ive been to my physician, and I have a clean bill of health, no heath issues whatsoever. Im about 60 lbs overweight, and I have a slow digestive system. I understand that lucky not to have any health related issues.

So what do I need to begin doing? I really want to lose some weight, I cannot fit into my clothes, and I am not happy the way I look. I hold the majority of my weight in my belly, so it is obvious that Im overweight. Therefore, I have been really researching as to the best way to lose weight for me is, what Id like to tell you about it.

In the morning, I will blend a fruit smoothie, a banana, some fresh strawberries, with. I like the one that helps with pro-biotic, as it helps me have regular movements.

I put some ice in and some pure apple juice, and I feel full for hours. When lunch time comes, I will eat really light. Something like a salad with maybe some tuna or chicken in it. I really like fish, and there are really good fish burgers that you can make in advance, then cut them up and mix them in your salad.

The same goes for chicken! Just bake em up. I prefer to marinate them first, for flavor, and eat them for lunch the next day with salad. When supper time comes around, Im not starving! So theres no excuse for me to eat unhealthy, nor nearly as much.

Ill make my favorite veggies, with fish or chicken, preferably with fish. I cant get enough of fish, I was brought up on it! I like to steam fish over brown rice, they cook together so nicely, add a bit of non-fat butter on the top, and chow down. Eating earlier is really making a big difference too.

However, what is making a big difference is exercising. A leisurely walk with my husband on the beach has been a great way to begin.

Finding the best way to lose weight has been such a chore for me, and now that I have started walking and eating less, and eating healthier, I really am beginning to feel healthier and see the effects on my body.
