The time for baring it all at the beach is coming soon. Are you looking forward to it or still in need of toning your body and burning off the winter weight gain? If you have been looking for an effective weight loss, fat-burning, muscle-toning program, you have probably run across hundreds.
There are hundreds, possibly thousands, of weight loss programs and muscle-building programs available. Everyone touts “it is the best!” Why is the turbulence training program so popular and effective?
Do you ever get bored with working out? This is one of the keys to the success of Craig Ballantyne’s muscle building, fat burning program, Turbulence Training.
He knows people bore easily with exercises, so he keeps things interesting so you can stay committed to working out to burn fat and tone your body. It is very important that you look forward to your workouts or you simply will not stay committed.
It is not all about fun, though. By changing your exercises regularly, you avoid hitting an exercise plateau. This may have happened to you in the past. Did you ever find you stopped losing weight and firming up even though you kept up with your diet and workout routine?
This occurred, quite simply, because you did not change your routine or diet. Your muscles were no longer challenged and they were unable to continue becoming stronger or firmer. You lost weight and the cardio was no longer as effective for your new weight.
Turbulence training uses precise exercises to target even those hard to work muscles AND it changes the exercises in a scientifically designed way to challenge the muscles, work them hard and best of all, with far less time than you would spend doing traditional, boring exercises.
You will also find out how to prepare healthful foods that are realistic in terms of availability, flavor, time and money. There is no need to limit yourself to “health food.” Craig will show you how to achieve proper nutrition with regular, flavorful foods so you can stick with the plan and continue to eat healthfully.
You will even learn how to properly recover in between workouts and rest while you are working out. You will find out what foods can help you recover more quickly so you can maximize your time and see results sooner.
So, get ready to learn the right way to work out so you do not waste any time getting “bare-all” ready with a lean, sexy body!
Why is the turbulence training workout the most effective? Go there and discover what the turbulence training program can easily do for you!
Never do Ab Workouts Again, In Your Life, Ever. 5 Alternatives!

You don’t need ab workouts! Instead of doing real exercises to try and strengthen yourself the old-fashioned way, check out these 5, totally-viable, completely-not-ridiculous ways to replace them for good.
#5 Great Abs Are Out of Style.
Things have changed — now it’s all about beer bellies! No one really cares so much about great abs anymore. All the big trendsetters when it comes to what’s hot and what’s in are saying it loud and clear — flab is fab, lean is not.
#4 Most Extra Fat Finds its Way to Easily Concealable Areas.
Yeah, fine, we gain some fat — but who has ever heard of anyone’s body ‘placing’ that fat in an unfortunate place? I know we just chatted about those pot bellies above, but really, it’s not a big deal, because our bodies figure it all out and send the fat to places that never really see the light of day. So just eat away and don’t really worry, you’ll be fine!
#3 Beaches? What Beaches?
Think about it. We’ve got global warming, we’ve got pollution, it’s all pretty crazy, and who really wants to go to the beach anymore? No one really spends any time there — I haven’t heard of anyone going to the beach in years, and I’m practically an expert about these things.
#2 You Can Just Exercise At Your Desk!
You’ve seen those ads on TV, right? You just strap some electrodes to your stomach, turn on a noisy box with a bunch of wires poking out of it, and — if these ads haven’t lied to me — start losing all that stomach fat immediately! You don’t have to break a sweat or burn any calories, because a machine apparently does it for you! Goodbye all other types of workouts!
#1 Aren’t Diet Pills Just the Best?
Load yourself up with pills, you say? Hey, why not? Sure, they might just be sugar pills that will trick you into a placebo effect, or they could have serious negative side effects on your body. But how will you know if you don’t try, right? Why not be a guinea pig for a dubious industry? Forget those ab workouts!
If a fit and toned body is what you would like to achieve, then view Zuzana’s fitness videos at Bodyrock.TV. She also shares some fitness tips and nutrition information that will be indispensable during your battle for a body you dream of.

Looking for a weight loss idea? What about 5 quick hints instead? Here are five easy weight loss tips that you won’t believe, but will leave you leaner and sexier in no time flat.
Fat Loss Tip #1: Here’s a great one that doesn’t cost you a dime: consume cold water. Drinking ice water chills the body and kicks up your metabolic rate to help you stay warm. Also, remaining sufficiently hydrated helps control your urge for food.
Fat Loss Tip #2: Eat greens with every meal. Yes, even breakfast. Make a fantastic omelet with a whole egg plus an egg white, and chopped tomatoes, onions, mushroom and peppers for a reduced-fat, delicious meal that’ll maintain your blood sugar at ideal level for hours.
It really is simple to get some greens at lunch break. Always include lettuce as well as tomato to your sandwich, or make a tasty salad with a source of lean protein such as turkey, chicken or fish.
Dinner? Whatever your heart and soul is looking forward to. Separate your dinner plate into quarters: 1/2 the space should be filled with veggies, One fourth starches in addition to the remaining one fourth lean protein.
Fat Loss Tip #3: A hamburger with lettuce and tomato is a superior fast food alternative to chicken or fish if they are battered and deep-fried in oil. Either way, skip the fries. Many junk food outfits currently have side salads, which often are a considerably lower calorie alternative than fries that are calorie-dense, but deliver little in term of nutrients.
Fat Loss Tip #4: Ditch the soft drink. If you make just one modification to your eating habits, start replacing coke with water. A usual 20 oz. coke consists of perhaps 320 calories, but offers no nutrients in exchange.
In case you are in the habit of drinking a number of these per day, the pounds may pile on easily. A good way to realize the change is to dilute 100% pure fruit juice 50% with water, then slowly build up the amount of water to juice.
Fat Loss Tip #5: Make everyday activities a little bit more of a chore on yourself. Drop your car in the next block at the local retailer. Take the stairway as opposed to the elevator. Walk for at least ten minutes immediately after each and every meal. It is not that painful to get in additional daily activity. To provide an example, when you are watching TV, get up and walk in place or do sit-ups each time the commercials come on.

Important Facts About Losing Weight In 2010

How do you lose weight? How do you keep it off once you have done so? You need to know what is bad for you. You need to know what makes the body work. Only then can you have success in this area of your life. In a sense we are all different but in a sense we are all the same. A few simple rules will have your body speaking to you in ways it never has before. You can start being healthy by the very way you view your meals. Have a good breakfast. Have a good lunch and have a good dinner. Do not skip any of them. In fact have twice the meals. Cut back a little with each one and feel the body working for you all the time. Balance the calories and watch your blood sugar. Keep that body fueled.
How do you eat a lighter meal? The best way is to remember those two crazy things your parents desperately wanted you to eat but you never did. They were fruits and vegetables. These two things will give you the vitamins, cancer fighting antioxidants, fiber and minerals you need while filling your tummy with a lighter meal. The best part is they are low in calories as well, always a winner.
As you put together your perfect diet it is crucial you remove the worst of them all, the fast and processed foods. These will only bring you more fat. Not want you want. Stick with the fresh foods at every turn.
One thing we are all guilty of from time to time is that of consuming too much sugar. We love our candy, pop drinks and spoonfuls in our coffee. This needs to be monitored to avoid the build up of fat in our bodies. On the opposing side there is water, something we are often guilty of missing. Six to eight glasses each day will do wonders.
What about salt? You must have heard that salt is not the best for you either. Watch this like a hawk. Find another way to get the spice kick you need with basil, rosemary, ginger, pepper, nutmeg and/or garlic, to name but some. Watch the stomach line shrink and keep the cardiovascular system working efficiently to boot. Keep your eye off that salt shaker.
You know what to avoid. You know how many meals to have. Now you must show self control when consuming food at home and away. Remember the meals must be light. Avoid seconds and thirds. Take food home in a container if you must. Know your limit. Know when you are full and know when you are pushing it beyond. You will kill your energy and strain the body with an over load. Don’t do it and you will not quit the healthy way of eating that you have started.
Of course the food will not push the body like it is suppose to without exercise of some form. Make the body work and you will get results. Find an activity that involves moving. Find a sport, take a walk, run, swim or find a machine, anything to get the blood moving. You don’t put gas in your car to just sit in the garage. You need to drive it, same thing with your body. Hit the gas whenever you can. All of this will help you lose weight and help you keep it off. That is the objective.
Getting a Jump on losing weight sometimes requires you to use a supplement for a small period of time. I have researched the best of the best and found that this is The Best Acai Supplement and this is The Best Colon Cleanse to use. You only use both for a few months and it makes a world of difference in how much you drop at the start of any diet. Try them both – your going to Amazed at the results!
Have You Been Losing Weight And Hit A Plateau?

Have you been steadily losing weight and then just short of your goal, nothing? Don’t worry, there are answers! Many people experience this same problem in their quest for their goal weight. There are many things you can do to get back on track.
Do not get anxious! Being anxious will upset you spiritually which can make it difficult to continue in your weight loss. One simple, free option to increase weight loss is to get moving. Just taking a brisk walk around the block can help. Don’t always take the elevator, try the stairs once in a while. Skip the easy way for a change. The more energy you use, the better for the body.
If you are feeling very motivated start weight training. You can start with small dumbbells. Start slow , try some bicep curls and shoulder presses to start. Muscles burns more calories than fat so the more you build the easier it will be to maintain weight loss.
Most important is to drink enough water! To keep hydrated you should drink at least 50 ounces of water if you weigh 100 pounds, 1/2 your body’s weight in ounces. None of the systems in the body can work properly without water. The body systems can not function properly without enough water. You should know that the body mistakes thirst for hunger quite often. Making sure to stay hydrated will prevent you from eating when you are just thirsty!
Forth, this one will cost you a little cash but in my opinion it is worth it. Nutritional cleansing. I do not think anyone will deny the fact that our bodies are exposed to environmental toxins on a daily basis. Well, these toxins and chemicals have a negative effect on our bodies. They interrupt the proper functioning of the body. If you are eating processed food, fast food, and meat you can be sure your system is clogged up with fats and other additives that have no business in the body. Cellular cleansing can rid the body of these toxins.
The body has it’s own way of protecting itself from toxins. What it does is coats the toxins in fat in an effort to protect the internal organs from these toxins. The body thinks it is helping but in reality it is just making us fatter. With cellular cleansing, this fat is removed from the body.
We know if you try any of these on the list you should see an increase in weight loss. Water is the number on important item on the list that you should be doing even if you have no weight to lose. Exercise should also be done three or four times a week. Ease into it and consult your physician before starting any exercise routine. If Doc says OK, check your cable channels for free classes!
Cellular cleansing will help speed weight loss in our experience, although you should ask that your doctor monitor you especially if you have health problems. If you can afford to, have your blood drawn before and then after six months of cleansing. I think you will be surprised! Whatever you do, be kind to yourself. You are beautiful however you are at this moment. Be sure to honor your body and your spirit everyday!
Susanne

How to Effectively Use Grapefruit Atkins Diet to Get Great Result
December 24, 2009 by Lanre Ejihmon

The Atkins Grapefruit diet seeks to cash in on the popularity of the fad grapefruit diet and the less fad but still fad Atkins diet, although it has nothing to do with the Atkins estate or company. A closer look into this diet shows that it may not be all it claims to be.
You’ll be hard pressed to find information about the Atkins Grapefruit diet, such as any details of the company that produces it. One common element of cons is that clear information is generally hard to find. This is what the Atkins grapefruit diet seems to do in an attempt to get people to associate it with two supposedly effective diets.
Does the Atkins grapefruit diet have anything to do with the actual Atkins diet The answer is no, not only is there no mention of the Atkins Grapefruit Diet on the Atkins web site, but there is no fruit of any kind mentioned in the list of allowed foods in the Atkins diet Induction phase.
Here is what can be eaten in the induction phase
Seafood All fowl such as turkey and chicken Shellfish of any variety Meat, such as beef and pork Eggs cooked in any style including fried Cheese All sorts of vegetables Any herbs and spices to make food more exciting Fats and Oils Water and other low carb drinks including diet soda
Unfortunately for the Atkins grapefruit diet, there no fruit. Later phases of the diet do allow fruit juice and even specifically mention grapefruit. But when compared to the amount of Grapefruit recommended on the Atkins Grapefruit Diet, again there is a disagreement.
The Atkins Grapefruit Diet recommends a cup of grapefruit juice or a cup of grapefruit sections, with 8 and 18 carbs respectively. Even the phases of Atkins that allow grapefruit limit intake to below 8 grams of carbs of grapefruit per day. That’s a severe disagreement.
When they hear about the Atkins grapefruit diet people should naturally visit the Atkins web site to read more about it. When they found no mention of that diet on the site, a red light would go off and an alarm would sound.
Don’t forget the following. Any diet that relies too heavily on one food, such as grapefruit on a grapefruit diet, is unhealthy in any but extremely short periods. The Atkins diet frowns on eating the way the Atkins Grapefruit Diet recommends.

Side Effects of Appetite Suppressants

Effectiveness and side effects of diet pills, including appetite suppressants, are very popular subjects and they probably are the ones that concern potential and current consumers. It’s understandable, good weight loss products don’t come cheap, and buyer expects to get maximum out of it for her money.
Appetite suppressant side effects are what we’ll talk about this time. There are lots of rumours, real facts and stories about side effects caused by appetite suppressants and this is the main reason why many potential consumers are scared to use these pills. I must agree that some of these facts are correct but certain appetite suppressants consisting of the right ingredients can deliver side effect free weight loss.
You can get prescription or non-prescription appetite suppressants but if you aren’t extremely overweight then more likely that prescription appetite suppressants won’t be available for you also. Prescription pills are for very obese people and these are those which cause side effects the most. Side effects can include hallucinations, increased blood pressure, fainting and more that’s why doctors do not recommend these pills unless health risks caused by obesity are much more greater then those caused by side effects of appetite suppressants. These pills are available only on prescription and without it can’t be purchased legally.
Other group which is available to almost everyone is non-prescription appetite suppressants. Mostly natural ingredients are used in these products which is a good thing if you’re looking for low risk or even side effect free product. These pills can be purchased over the internet and also are available over the counter in supermarkets like ASDA, Tesco and others. Be extra cautious if you’re looking to buy online and do some research before the final purchase because of the high volumes of counterfeit pills offered. This doesn’t necessary mean that they are dangerous but most of them consist of ingredients which will not benefit to your weight loss efforts and will be complete waste of money.
Do some research before the final decision and go for already tested products. Appetite suppressant side effects may not be present in natural products like Hoodia which is tested for many years now. There are many good products you can buy over the counter in your local supermarket so better check them out.

Losing Weight With Exercise: Some Really Helpful Pointers

If you are looking for the perfect weight loss exercise program and you have yet to find something that truly works, look at the types of programs that you have been using. Due to the fact that your body is different and will respond to exercise differently, you might need to concentrate on one sort of exercise plan over another. Resistance training is often a extremely successful system to help burn off those extra calories and build up the core muscles you’re looking for.
The majority of us work long hours and have a lot of things to do on our lists. However, when we look at losing weight exercise programs we tend to feel that it is simply one more task waiting for attention. If you can find a program that is enjoyable to do and gives you a chance to feel good then it is much more probable that you will engage in it frequently.
Your body is different from the bodies of every body else around you. What may be an effectual losing weight exercise program for your best friend or your sister may or may not be an efficient means to burn off some of your own weight. There are those bodies that respond incredibly well to aerobic exercise while there are others that are much more responsive to resistance based exercises.
Most people go for the aerobic work out since it seems like it is more fun. You can just pop in a DVD or download some streaming video in order to get in a good workout. With some bubbly personalities running the show, a cardio based DVD can seem like a good plan.
In some cases it can be adequate. However, when you are able to develop additional muscle thanks to resistance plans you are able to increase the number of calories that you burn on a 24 hour basis.
Working out 4 days a week with an useful losing weight exercise plan is all it takes to get your body in gear. You don’t have to devour exercise into every waking moment so that you can lose the weight that you desire. In the event that you develop a consistent schedule you are more likely to slim down often and attain your goals.
If you have been focusing on cardio for your losing weight exercise and you haven’t lost additional weight in spite of your commitment to your own fun way of getting in a work out, you may need to add more resistance training to your daily routine. You generally only need to work out about four times per week in order to develop a strong response within your body.
Burning Fat With Slimming Tea
Feeling overweight and sluggish? Apart from helping you to BURN FAT, weight loss tea is also known to increase your energy levels to the optimum. These teas include green teas, herbal teas, Chinese teas and Wu Long tea. Wu Long Tea has had some great publicity over recent years. This is mainly due to being seen on Oprah.
Slimming tea is getting increasingly popular with individuals around the globe nowadays. Many of these Slimming Teas are all-natural and made using a 400 year old Chinese weight loss “secret”. Slimming Tea is convenient to use and one of the most successful weight loss products on the market.
Green Tea is another great option to sample. Chose a selection of Weight Loss teas and see which one you prefer. There are so many choices out there. Not all the flavours may be to your liking. Infusions are available. Some delicious examples that I have tried include Mint Wulong and Lavender Wulong.
Both Wu Long and Green tea has long been connected with plenty of health benefits. Green tea in the Western world is the most well known weight loss tea. Green tea, as an aid to lose weight, is effective as shown by various studies.
In a well documented slimming tea study by the Linus Pauling Institute, drinking green tea resulted in an increase in energy used by the body of 3-4%. If you’d like to try losing weight with green tea, start with buying the highest quality weight loss tea and drinking slimming green tea instead of regular black tea or coffee.
Over 500 studies have been performed on green tea alone, and the evidence overwhelmingly suggests that drinking tea (whether green, black, Wu Long, white or rooibos) is good for health and that the more tea you drink, the more your benefits multiply.
Weight loss tea is a sensible addition to the recommended weight loss guidelines of a proper diet and exercise. The herbal secret behind this weight loss tea is believed to be a significant reason why Chinese men and women do not get fat.
The SECRET has now been scientifically documented. These teas increase your metabolic rate and naturally as well as safely instigate a fat burning process. Drinking Chinese Slimming Tea is a natural and healthy way to lose weight and still enjoy the taste of a good tea.
If you would like to give Weight Loss Tea a try then start by replacing a couple of regular cups of coffee a day with this sensational drink. You will feel an increase in energy and many other health benefits should you decide to continue and make this a regular part of your diet.
