Things to Do While on the Homeopathic HCG Diet

One of the main questions that gets discussed by potential HCG dieters is, “What do I do while I’m on the diet?” It pops up constantly. And it’s always fun to give the same old answers.
1. Complete your work as usual. You are fully capable of functioning at work. Go and complete your job requirements as normal so you can continue to depend upon a steady paycheck. HCG won’t inhibit your ability to perform at top levels in your career.
2. Sit down and have dinner with your family. Just because you are on a limited calorie diet doesn’t mean you can’t sit down and eat with your family.Dish up a healthy meal for your entire family and just watch your serving sizes.
3. Get out and socialize. If the only reason you were hanging out with your friends was to eat then you’ve got a bit of a problem on your hands! Adjust your eating a bit by ordering salads and having the dressing brought out on the side (or not at all) and focus on the quality of the conversation!

Now this list is in no way conclusive. The point of the list is actually to prove that there doesn’t need to be a list of “appropriate activities.” The HCG diet is something you can incorporate easily into your life. You don’t need to stop living because you’re dieting. Just fit it in and move on!
