Why You Have Adult Onset Acne – The Quick Acne Cure Secret They Don’t Want You To Know

Adult onset acne is caused for the same exact reasons that teens get acne: hormones. Obviously, the source of these hormones has changed, but never the less, they are still the cause.

Did you ever wonder why none of the gels or creams worked? It’s because they can’t treat the problem inside your body, they can only attempt the control breakouts that have happened already, not to mention the harsh chemical can actually lead to more breakouts.

Even by choosing to go the homemade acne treatment route, you’ll still won’t get rid of your problems. I like homemade alternatives because they’re cheap and make your skin look good, but they won’t cure your adult onset acne.

You have a few choices, actually. You could always try zinc and vitamin A pills. These have shown to bring down the amount of breakouts you’re suffering. Unfortunately, these aren’t the best solution because they still don’t address the real problem. On the bright side, there is one solution that has been shown clinically to work for anyone in any given situation.

So whats the secret? It’s pretty simple, really. You have to change your diet and I don’t mean throwing out all the chocolate. I’m referring to the foods that actually cause your adult onset acne.

Some of these foods might surprise you since you eat them without a second thought. Vegetable oil is the first biggie. Our bodies converts vegetable oil into pro-inflammatory hormones whenever we eat it, which causes breakouts.

Refined carbohydrates are also on the list. Things like white rice, potatoes, white bread, etc are all on this list. These get converted into sugar when we eat them and a bad bacteria called candida feeds on these sugars. Candida, in turn, releases toxins into our bloodstreams and messes up our hormonal balance, again causing more breakouts.

Another huge one to avoid is milk and dairy products. Why? Well you know we don’t finish growing around our late teens/early twenties, right? Well cows reach full size in a matter of weeks. There are a huge amount of hormones in milk that our bodies are just unable to process. These drive our system haywire and cause, you guessed it, more breakouts.
